Old Forester Birthday Bourbon

This is a great Bourbon! It is only bottled one day out of the year on the birthday of the distillery founder George Garvin Brown. This bottling is different from the basic Old Forester in that it is a vintage dated Bourbon and not a blend of several. The result is unique Bourbon with one of kind character and flavor that cannot be replicated. The unique decanter style bottle is a throwback to late 1800's when Old Forester was first produced. Oak aged for 12 years this Bourbon is bottled at 97 proof and it hardly shows any heat. Full, rich and robust this Bourbon has received great acclaim since its introduction in 2002. Perfect for any Bourbon lover.

Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon

This is perfect for a Thanksgiving treat! This is the pride and joy of one of the most prominent Bourbon distillers, Austin Nichols. Rare Breed is a blend of 6yr, 8yr and 12 yr old Wild Turkey, and is bottled uncut at barrel proof. The nose is fruity and sweet with aromas mostly of honey, with hints of light oranges, mint, and tones of sweet pipe tobacco. The finish is long, warm and nutty and lingers in the mouth with hints of hot peppers and well-toasted whole wheat bread. The first taste is of oak, followed by the honey, slightly more assertive than the also impressive 12 Year Old, yet possessing of a slightly smoother character than the 101 proof 8 year old bottling. This spirit is best enjoyed slowly, and followed with as fat a cigar following your Thanksgiving meal.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon

This whiskey is produced at the scenic Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, close to Woodford Reserve Distillery if you are touring home of numerous other whiskies such as Eagle Rare 10 year-old, Eagle Rare 17 year-old, Blanton's, Rock Hill Farms, Hancock Reserve, and Elmer T.Lee. The mixture of Corn and rye gives off aromas of vanilla and mint. You can smell the oaks influence on the whiskey in the peppery scent towards the end. Wonderful thick mouthfeel, warming but not burning at first. Smooth sweet honeyed notes with oak pepperiness at the end and a aftertaste of vanilla, fruits, mint and a warming heat. Goes down the throat with a warming pleasant burn. Lets you know you are drinking whiskey but doesn't punish you for it.

Jim Beam Red Stag Cherry Infused Bourbon

Jim Beam Bourbon, the world's number one selling Bourbon, proudly launch Red Stag by Jim Beam, a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey infused with natural flavors. The fresh, contemporary taste appeals to both longtime Jim Beam fans and new consumers who may not have previously considered the Bourbon category. Red Stag by Jim Beam is a new innovation from Jim Beam. Through a unique, artisan infusion process, natural black cherry flavors are slowly and carefully infused into fine, four-year-old Jim Beam Bourbon. The tasting notes are distinctively fruity, without disguising the familiar, rich nose of Jim Beam Bourbon. The corn sweetness and mellow oak taste of Red Stag is accented by a hint of black cherry for smoothness and balance. Perfect for making Manhattans, especially Chicago style where they add actual cherry juice to the bourbon.
