Roundhouse Spirits was started in 2008 in Longmont, Colorado with one simple goal in mind, be the first premier distillery in the Colorado Front Range. In Italy, a "cafe Corretto" is a coffee "corrected" by a shot of alcohol. The Roundhouse Corretto is a coffee liqueur that needs no correction. To handcraft this small batch Corretto Roundhouse uses the freshest locally roasted coffee beans from the Unseen Bean in Boulder, CO. A touch of vanilla bean is added to sweeten this liqueur just the right amount. The end result is a dark, rich, full flavored coffee liqueur like you have never tasted before.
