This is a great Bourbon! It is only bottled one day out of the year on the birthday of the distillery founder George Garvin Brown. This bottling is different from the basic Old Forester in that it is a vintage dated Bourbon and not a blend of several. The result is unique Bourbon with one of kind character and flavor that cannot be replicated. The unique decanter style bottle is a throwback to late 1800's when Old Forester was first produced. Oak aged for 12 years this Bourbon is bottled at 97 proof and it hardly shows any heat. Full, rich and robust this Bourbon has received great acclaim since its introduction in 2002.
